A one-of-a-kind art form drawn with letters.
MojiBa®︎ is a new style of expression that transforms
the names of loved ones into meaningful visual art.
I was born and raised in Gifu, surrounded by nature and always in the company of animals.
Among them, the dogs who were part of my family brought me
comfort, healing, and unconditional love.
One day, while thinking of a beloved dog I no longer lived with,
I created a portrait using only their name.
That moment became the origin of MojiBa®︎.
Through the deeply personal element of a “name,”
I found a powerful way to express love.
That joy led me to connect with many others who share deep bonds
with their animal companions and families.
After becoming a mother, I began to feel the preciousness of life even more deeply.
My view of “what it means to express through art” also evolved.
We humans are not the owners of this planet—
we are here because the Earth allows us to be.
The beautiful harmony between animals
and nature that I witnessed in various places made me
reflect on what kind of future we are leaving for the next generation.
What I aim to create is art that speaks to the heart
and carries a message that resonates across the world.
Through MojiBa®︎, I hope to shape and share the tenderness,
awareness, and connection that lie
between animals, nature, and all of us.
